Reverse osmosis installations

Wairtec supplies reverse osmosis installations fully tailored to your application and flow rate. The reverse osmosis technique separates minerals, viruses, and bacteria from the water, producing pure water. The low-residue demineralized water is used for various applications, including glass rinsing machines, window cleaning, steam boilers, and a wide range of industrial processes.

Standard reverse osmosis Installations

Wairtec reverse osmosis installations are compactly assembled on a stainless steel frame. The systems are easy to connect both hydraulically and electrically.

XRO special

Hygienically designed reverse osmosis installation that meets the requirements of the food industry.

Systems for Reducing Conductivity

If the amount of residual minerals in the water produced by the reverse osmosis system is still too high for your application, the demineralized water can be further treated using one of the following techniques:

Image

Demi Cartridge

Removes unwanted salts to a conductivity value of < 1 µS/cm by exchanging the remaining minerals with resins.

Image

2-Stage RO

Removes unwanted salts to a conductivity value of < 5 µS/cm using membrane technology based on reverse osmosis.

Image

EDI (Electrodeionization)

Removes unwanted salts to a conductivity value of < 1 µS/cm by eliminating the remaining dissolved minerals using a technique based on separation through membranes and resins.

Water Disinfection Systems – with UVC Light

An Ultra Violet disinfection device is an effective method for water disinfection. Using UVC light, 99.99% of all microorganisms present in the water can be eliminated in a continuous process. It can be applied in-line or in recirculation over a storage buffer.
