Description
The Mono Bloc W 510 – W 580 softens water by exchanging calcium and magnesium ions (which form lime in water) with sodium ions. Once the softener is saturated with lime, it will regenerate by flushing with a brine solution. The softener washes the captured lime away into the sewage system. With a large, separate salt reservoir, you need to refill salt less frequently.
The water softener has a digital control system, with the option of a timer or digital water meter to determine the regeneration time.
This type of water softener is commonly used for small users, such as dishwashers, car wash installations, humidifiers, and steam boilers.
