Description
The Duo Bloc W 2810 – W 2825 softens water by exchanging the calcium and magnesium ions (which make up the hardness in water) with sodium ions. Once the softener is saturated with calcium, it regenerates by flushing with a brine solution. The softener flushes the collected calcium to the drain.
The water softener has a digital control, which can be connected to either a time clock or a digital water meter to determine when regeneration occurs.
This type of water softener is commonly used in car washes and commercial buildings.
